    The company under the name "SMART ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS P.C." with the distinctive title "SEEMS P.C.", located in Alexandroupolis, 27 Andrianoupoleos Street, P.O.     It is noted that the satisfaction of requests under d, e and f, if they relate to data that are necessary for the establishment or continuation of business relations between us, may lead to the impossibility of starting or continuing your cooperation with the Company or the impossibility of examining your request.

    Furthermore, the Company has in any case the right to refuse the request for restriction of processing or deletion of your data if the processing or retention of the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or support of its legitimate interest, its legal rights or compliance with its legal obligations. The exercise of the right to portability (request h) does not imply the deletion of the data from the Company's records, which is subject to the conditions of paragraph 9. The exercise of the above rights shall act for the future and shall not relate to data processing already carried out.

In any case of termination or expiration of the contract, the Company will retain your personal data for five (5) years, or as applicable, and if required by the applicable legal and regulatory framework until the expiration of the statutory general limitation period for claims, i.e. until twenty (20) years from the termination of the relationship in any way.
    If, until the expiry of the five (5) or twenty (20) years, as the case may be, legal actions are in progress with the Company, directly or indirectly concerning you, this period of retention of your personal data will be extended until the issuance of an irrevocable court decision.
    Job applicant data will be retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission unless otherwise notified.

    Request Management Procedure

    SEEMS has adopted clear procedures for handling requests for personal data, including:

    • Informing and identifying the requester to confirm their identity.
    • Assessment of the request by GDPR.
    • Provision of a response within one month from the receipt of the request. You can print the Exercise of Rights form via the Company's website www.seems.gr and submit it completed in one of the above ways. The Company will make every effort to respond to you within thirty (30) days from the submission of your request, but this may be extended for sixty (60) additional days if required at the Company's discretion, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests. The Company will notify you of any extension of time within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request. If the Company does not act on the request, it will inform you without delay and at the latest within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request, of the reasons for not acting and of the possibility of filing a complaint. The above service is provided free of charge. However, in the event that the requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, the Company may either impose a reasonable fee on the requestor, informing him/her accordingly or refuse to respond to such requests.
